November 15 - November 16
Dear participants, members, cooperation partners and volunteers,
The Coaching Day 2019 (# CT2019),
the unique professional and public congress for the coaching industry, will be repeated after its anniversary event for the 10th anniversary with a completely new concept last year from 15.-16. November 2019 in Munich.
With the topic “Agile Leadership in a Digital World”, the focus this time will be clearly on the conference area and give more space to the HR service of the ICF Germany.
What remains: This year, it will be proven on Friday, a high-caliber lecture program with international top speakers and many insiders, panel give discussions on the top issues in the industry and representatives of our international association management. Our cooperation partners and pro bono initiatives – such as the coaching initiative for schools and teachers, for which we have just acquired the “Gift of Coaching Award” of the ICF Fopundation – will also come up with a lot of interesting information about the coaching business. And of course, we will also be reporting on the social media (Twitter, Facebook, Xing and LinkedIn).
Saturday will traditionally be reserved for the BarCamp format, which this year will be complemented by a new “Design Thinking Lab”. Here again, I would like to encourage all coaches to present themselves with their very special tip, Life Demo or Spontaneous Pitch for colleagues and interested parties, to re-create this informal, creative and collegial atmosphere of the past years.
What comes next? On the subject of leadership, we will present to leaders and leaders this year the new concept of the leadership system in our association, which will enable Chapter Leaders around the world to quickly become leaders in volunteer international organizations (ICF ) to prepare. As special highlights for the focal topic “Coaching in Organizations and Companies” (HR-Service) it can already be revealed that there will be a live-circuit as part of a series of successful virtual education events with the HR workbench directly from the conference.
In addition, the German Prism Award for extraordinary commitment to the implementation of coaching cultures in companies will be presented for the first time. Success stories of the International Prism Awards can be read here.
With the Rilano Hotel in Munich we have gained a strong partner for international congresses as a venue.
In any case, I would like to wish all coaches, those interested in coaching and visitors an inspiring event again and I look forward to lively exchange.
We can coaching. Worldwide.
Your Dr. Geertje Tutschka, ACC
President ICF, Charter Chapter Germany
