Career

Change of direction:

I believe that we must have the opportunity to do what brings us the most fulfillment. What makes us forget about time and become devoted. What allows us to use our abilities in the best possible way. I believe this is our right!

A job can be much more than a means of survival. Today, the world is very different from what it was 20-30 years ago. The same holds true for jobs – new kinds of jobs emerge, while others gradually (or not) fade away. Today, the access to information provides us with huge learning and development opportunities. Some privileges like the home office, the flexible work schedule or the job for the same company in a different country have become something conventional for many employers. Today, we have more opportunities than ever to look for and find the jobs that could really add meaning to our lives. The jobs that allows us to express ourselves in the best possible way and inspires us to dream and do the best we can. Every day.

Finding such a job can be easy. Or not. I believe that it is never too late to start something new. Even in a totally different field. You think that this is impossible?

Let us check together.

A new start:

You love your job. Your job gives you all you need – everyday inspiration, satisfaction and challenges. Your tasks are still as interesting as they were in the very beginning. However, too many things have changed. Your opinion is not valued. You are just a pawn with job responsibilities. You cannot even imagine spending one m0re day in that company. You have no desire to get out of bed in the morning and go to a place where you cannot be yourself. You need to suppress your true self to get through every new day.

You need is change. You need a company that matches “Your World”.

My coaching can help you:

  • identify your strengths, desires and values
  • figure out what knowledge and abilities you need in order to achieve the desired change
  • clarify what set of conditions you need in order to feel good in your new place/role
  • Understand what motivates you and gives you power to make the desired change possible (your “Why”).
